Hi Stacey,
i work in public relations for the Dairy Farmers of Canada and I would love to get your contact to send you some free delicious Canadian Cheeses to try and info on the latest cheeesy trends.
Are you open to this?
Cheers,
Beatrice
Hi Beatrice! Thanks for reading… my email is stacey@tasteofcheese.ca.
Stacet, Your blog just showed up on mine. I wish I could work in a cheese shop, part time but I work in a winery as a wine educator. That means private tours and tastings to industry people like distributors. I have great benefits that I cannot give up.I do love wine but cheese is driving me right now. I go to the cheese 1,2 or 3 times a week to taste, buy and taste at home. I am obsessed with learning.cheers, Gail

Hi!
I checked out your potential label designs and definitely find myself drawn to the Galloping Goat. Although some of the others are nice, that one has so much more personality! I have some comments, and if you want to discuss, you can email me at stacey@tasteofcheese.ca
Good luck and would love to taste what you’re making!

Hi Stacey!
I just recently went cheese-hunting in the great Alaskan mountains, and discovered the most incredibly tasting cheese. It’s called Tundralooseeana cheese. It’s a mix of Colby Jack and Colby Jill… call me for more details, and all the best
